Jakob’s First Baseball Game
This is just a quick "Happy Life" post…
We took Jakob to the Yankees game today. It was perfect weather, we had amazing seats, and he was in wonderful spirits — charming many of the folks in our section. There is something primal and wonderful about taking him to this game… it connects me to my father and grandfather, as I have many childhood memories of going to the Vet with both of them.

Blatant Self-Promotion
Turns out I’ve been quoted in two education magazines lately…
David Warlick was kind enough to mention me in his latest article in Scholastic Administrator and I’m quoted in an article about fundraising in this month’s Tech-Learning Magazine.
I’d forgotten that I had done that interview for Tech Learning… and actually, I think that all grant writers should check out all the ideas that the different folks mention in the article. Good stuff… and I’m pleased to be a part of it!
