My keynote presentation for the Leading the Change strand of the K12OnlineConference has been posted!

The idea for this keynote was to talk about the ideas for school change but to frame the "big ideas" of SLA with the words and ideas of the students and teachers who walk the walk every day.

Listening to 100 minutes of members of the SLA community talking about the school and what it means to them was a labor of love. And while there were times along the production of this video where I was convinced it was going to be terrible, it was a revelation to me to get to the end of it and realize how much the words of the community contextualized the ideas and spoke powerfully to what we are trying to do at SLA.
